Old farmhouse located in the small village of Erratzu, the Baztan Valley, in the heart of the eastern Pyrenees of Navarre. Fully renovated (in 2007) keeping the original structure of the house.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen (extraction, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) with direct access to terrace and private garden with furniture. One toilet with washer.

The first floor has 4 double bedrooms all with full bathroom.

The second floor has another 4 double rooms all with full bathroom.

In the attic or under cover there is a living room of 100 square meters, with TV, DVD, and small library. Games.

All the furniture is antique restored. Central heating. Parking next.

Next to the covered pediment and the playground.
